To add PayPal functionality to your website, first you will need to setup a PayPal account.

Then, login to your PayPal account and click the "Merchant Tools" tab to begin creating the links or buttons to add to your website. You do not necessarily need a shopping cart (like osCommerce or Zen Cart) installed on your website to sell items online when using PayPal.
